FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Immediately following his graduation from high school, Mr. Castro pursued higher education at California Polytechnic University, Pomona. However, prior to completion of his secular education, he sensed a higher calling to prepare for the ministry to which God had called him. In 1985, he left the university to attend RHEMA USA and graduated in 1987.
In 1991, Mr. Castro was invited to serve The Lord’s Delight Ministries in India under the direction of Rev. and Mrs. N.Y. Thorat, also graduates from RHEMA USA. After 11 years of faithful service, Mr. Castro married a beautiful Indian wife from Northeast India. This Indo-American couple had three sons, all born in the orange city of Nagpur. The following statement of truth echoed loudly in Mr. Castro’s life experience, “And if you have not been faithful in what is another man’s, who will give you your own?” By sowing seeds of service, an effective door of opportunity was opened by the Lord, along with many adversaries. Mr. Castro is now the Founder and Director of the RHEMA Mumbai Training College in financial capital of India - Mumbai (formerly Bombay). He also heads a weekly fellowship in this city. He has also spearheaded translations of faith-building literature in 28 languages of India, Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet as well as in Braille for the blind.
RHEMA Mumbai Training College was established by Mr. & Mrs Castro in 2018 and continues to the present date. The mandate of the college is to train, equip and prepare labourers in the Word and Spirit to fulfill their God-given destiny.
